Ingredients
  • 2 green apples, disheartened and cut in half
  • 4 sticks of celery, without leaves
  • 1 cucumber
  • 6 leaves of kale
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 2.5centimeters of fresh ginger
Instructions
  1. Chop all the vegetables into pieces and place in a blender, add enough water and liquefy.
  2. Pass the mixture through a sieve before serving or serve immediately.
  3. The juice may be refrigerated up to one day.
