Hacienda’s Salad
  • 1 head of sweet lettuce
  • 1 head of Red Italian Lettuce
  • 1 bunch of 2 ounces of arugula
  • 1 package of sorrel
  • 2 units of zucchini
  • 1 cup of sweet corn
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cut the lettuce┬┤s trunks and wash the leaves carefully. Cut the arugula┬┤s stems, the sorrel and wash as well.
  2. Cut zucchinis in fine slices, add salt and pepper to frying pan with butter and cook until brown on each side.
  3. Place the lettuce, arugula and sorrel in a bowl and mix, add sweet corn and finally the zucchinis. Toss well so that all ingredients mix together.
