Salmon to the Herbs
Ingredients
  • 4 lemons
  • 6 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons chopped basil
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Zest 2 lemons and place in a flat dish with chopped oregano and basil. Wash the salmon fillets and dry well.
  2. Then place the salmon on the plate with the lemon zest, oregano and basil. Rub lightly the fillets with the mixture on both sides. Cover them with olive oil.
  3. Preheat a pan and cook the salmon fillets for 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve salmon fillets with basil, oregano and a few slices of lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
