Sauteed Chicken with Arugula
Ingredients

of boneless and skinless chicken

onion
1
lemon
1
bunch of fresh basil

gr
of arugula
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Instructions
Cut the onion (peeled) in cubes, and also the chicken into slightly bigger cubes. Stir fry everything together until browned.
Then add lemon juice and the chopped basil. Cook over low heat until the lemon starts to evaporate and the chickens begins to brown.
At the end, add the arugula, remove and serve hot.
