Chicken Breasts with Rosemary and Sage

Ingredients

chicken breasts (½ lbs each)

tablespoons of olive oil
1
garlic clove finely chopped
Juice of 3 lemons

tablespoons of lemon zest

tablespoon of butter

tablespoon of sage finely chopped

tablespoon of rosemary finely chopped

tablespoon of sage finely chopped

tablespoon of rosemary finely chopped

Instructions
Mix butter with oil, garlic, lemon juice and lemon zest, chopped sage, chopped rosemary and freshly ground pepper. Mix and brush both sides of fillets.
Grill at medium heat (3 to 4 minutes each side) constantly brushing with the mix. Remove when desired point of doneness is reached. Decorate with the sage leaves.
Serve immediately.
